Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Camping NickNacks! Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Some items, such as clearance or final-sale products, are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Log in to your account on our website, locate your order, and follow the return process under your order details.
  • If you don’t have an account or you encounter any issues, please email us at customer.service@nicknacksau.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.


Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The returned item is inspected and meets the return criteria.

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us at customer.service@nicknacksau.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Camping NickNacks adheres to Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are defective, unsafe, or not as described.

If the product is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a pre-paid return label.


Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Products returned due to change of mind.
  • Clearance items or final-sale products.
  • Personalized or customized items.
